DevOps Services
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring
Good DevOps is invisible. Your team ships more often and gets paged less. That is what we build toward: CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and observability that holds up when something breaks at 2am. Want a team that sets it up with you? Work with our DevOps engineers as your build partner, or look at our cloud and DevOps services for managed infrastructure.
What sets our devops services apart
CI/CD Pipeline Design
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI, configured for your stack. Automated testing, security scanning, container builds, and multi-environment deployment in under 10 minutes.
Container Orchestration
Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration. Helm charts, auto-scaling policies, rolling deployments, and resource limits for predictable infrastructure costs.
Infrastructure as Code
Terraform modules for reproducible infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. State management, drift detection, and automated plan/apply in CI pipelines.
Observability Stack
Prometheus + Grafana for metrics, Loki for logs, Jaeger for distributed tracing. Custom dashboards, alerting rules, and runbooks for on-call teams.
Security Integration (DevSecOps)
SAST with SonarQube, dependency scanning with Snyk, container scanning with Trivy, and secret detection with GitLeaks. Security gates in every CI pipeline stage.

Common questions about devops services
How long does it take to set up a CI/CD pipeline?
A basic CI/CD pipeline (build, test, deploy to one environment) takes 1-2 weeks. A full pipeline with multiple environments, security scanning, database migrations, and rollback procedures takes 3-6 weeks. We configure it once and your team uses it for every deployment after that.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. For teams with fewer than 10 services, Docker Compose with ECS or simple VM deployment may be sufficient. Kubernetes adds value when you have 10+ microservices, need auto-scaling, or require multi-region deployment. We assess your infrastructure needs before recommending Kubernetes.
How do you handle infrastructure security?
We implement least-privilege IAM policies, network isolation with VPCs and security groups, encrypted secrets management with Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, automated security scanning in CI, and compliance monitoring with AWS Config or Open Policy Agent.
What does DevOps implementation cost?
Cost depends on how far you want to go. A CI/CD pipeline setup is the most contained piece and scopes lower. A full DevOps transformation that adds containerization, Kubernetes, monitoring, and security scanning carries far more work and scopes higher. Ongoing managed DevOps is scoped to your infrastructure complexity. The real drivers are the number of services, environments, and compliance requirements. We scope a firm figure on a free call before work starts.
Can you work with our existing infrastructure?
Yes. We audit your current setup, identify bottlenecks, and improve incrementally. Common starting points: adding automated testing to CI, containerizing applications, implementing monitoring, and documenting runbooks. We do not require a full rewrite of your infrastructure.
What does a dedicated DevOps team cost?
We scope a dedicated DevOps team to the seniority you need and the size of your infrastructure. Kubernetes and Terraform are deep skills, so that experience is part of the scope rather than an add-on. Each seat is full-time at 160 hours a month, and we run the team as your build partner. The figure comes on a single call.
DevOps vs SRE, which do I need?
DevOps focuses on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment velocity. SRE focuses on reliability, incident response, and SLO management. Most startups need DevOps first (get deployments fast and reliable), then add SRE practices as they scale past 10K users. We provide both under one engagement.
Can you set up CI/CD and monitoring for my startup?
Yes. We have run 40+ DevOps engagements across startups and enterprises. A CI/CD pipeline on its own is the contained version. A full transformation, containerization plus monitoring plus security scanning, is a bigger lift and scopes accordingly. Your number of services and environments sets the cost. We put a dedicated DevOps team on it and scope your setup on a call. Teams that come to us deploying once a month tend to leave deploying daily.

Dedicated team
An embedded squad that works as your own team, on your standups and your board, for as long as you need it.
Fixed-scope build
A defined project with a scoped price and timeline. You know the cost up front, not after.
Pilot sprint
A short paid sprint so you see how we work and what we ship before committing to more.
