It started with a problem we couldn't ignore
In 2020, two friends — Yash Korat and Trushal Gondaliya — watched the same pattern repeat across every company they worked with: businesses needed great developers, but the options were broken.

Trushal leads engineering, architecture decisions, and the technical vetting process. Every developer at Geminate passes his review. He built the internal code quality standards that ensure clients never see sloppy work. His rule: if it wouldn't pass his own code review, it doesn't ship.
From two desks to three continents
