Before any work starts we tell you how many hours it will use. Every month you get a statement listing each hour, who worked it and what it delivered. Unused hours carry over for one month. AI tokens are billed at cost ($5 per 1M input, $25 per 1M output, Claude Opus 5 list price), itemised on your statement. Setup is a one-time charge, fixed in writing in your Blueprint. Pause or cancel with 30 days' notice.

How much does custom software development cost with Geminate Solutions?
Most clients pay a monthly plan. Care is $999 a month for software you already run, Growth is $3,999 for products with a roadmap, and Scale is $9,999 for payments, customer data and real traffic. Each plan is a bundle of review, sign-off and consulting hours plus the AI builder fee, with a project lead included. You can also buy hours on their own: engineer review at $50, senior sign-off at $120, and consulting at $80 or $200 an hour.
Why is it cheaper than a traditional team?
AI agents write the code and the tests, and you never pay for those hours. You pay for the people who check the work and sign it: engineers who test and review every change, and a senior engineer who signs off every release. One ordinary feature that takes a traditional team 22 paid hours takes 2.25 paid hours here.
What is the Project Blueprint and what does it cost?
The Blueprint is one week. We dig into what you need and hand you a plan in plain English, a working sample built on your actual project, a fixed setup price and a monthly hours estimate. It costs $750, credited in full toward your setup if you go ahead within 30 days. If we are not the right fit, the Blueprint says so.
What is the AI builder fee for?
The flat monthly fee covers the AI platform, tooling and upkeep that build your software, from $150 a month depending on your plan. The AI model itself bills by the token, and we pass that through at cost with no markup, itemised on your statement.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Before any work starts we tell you how many hours it will use. Every month you get a statement listing each hour, who worked it and what it delivered. Setup is a one-time charge, fixed in writing in your Blueprint. Unused hours carry over for one month.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Move between plans as your needs change, and pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. You own every line of code from day one, so leaving takes nothing away from you.
What's the difference between review hours and consulting hours?
Review hours are an engineer checking and approving what the AI built for you. Consulting hours are an engineer's time spent with you: planning, advising, solving a problem together. Most clients use mostly review hours and a few consulting hours each month.
