Remote-First Culture
On any given day, roughly half the team is remote. Slack handles the async back-and-forth, a daily standup runs on Google Meet, and Linear tracks the work. The toolchain is identical whether you're at a desk in Surat or your own kitchen table.
Client Timezone Overlap
We hold four to six hours of overlap with US clients and six to eight with teams in Europe and the Middle East. Schedules flex by project. No rigid nine-to-five that pretends your client sits in the same time zone when they don't.
