Code quality is non-negotiable
Every line is reviewed, tested, and documented. We don't ship prototypes and call them products. Our internal code quality bar is set by our CTO, Trushal, and it never drops.
Ownership over task completion
Our engineers don't just complete tickets. They ask why, suggest improvements, and take pride in the products they build. Ownership is a habit, not a policy.

From published pricing to open Slack channels with clients, we default to transparency. No gatekeeping, no information silos, no political maneuvering.

Remote-first, not remote-only
Our Surat office is a collaboration hub, not a mandatory attendance checkpoint. Whether you work from home or from the office, the standards and trust are the same.

Surat HQ
Our main office in Radhika Optima, Mota Varachha. Open floor plan, standing desks, a dedicated meeting room for client calls, and a stocked kitchen for late-night builds.
Remote-First Culture
About half our team works remotely on any given day. We use Slack for async communication, daily standups on Google Meet, and Linear for project management. The tools are the same regardless of location.
Client Timezone Overlap
Our engineers overlap 4-6 hours with US timezones and 6-8 hours with European and Middle Eastern clients. We adjust schedules by project — no rigid 9-to-5 that ignores client needs.
